MAIN MATERIALS:
1.Housing: die cast aluminium alloy(size 025-090), cast iron(size 110-150).
2.Worm:20CrMnTi, carbonize heat treatment make the hardness of gear's surface up to 56-62 HRC; After precision grinding, carburization layer's thickness between 0.3-0.5mm.
3.Worm Wheel:wearable stannum bronze alloy .

SURFACE PAINTING:
Aluminium Alloy housing:
1.Shot blasting and special treatment on the aluminium alloy surface.
2.After phosphating, paint with RAL5010 blue or silvery white paint.
Cast Iron housing:
First paint with red antirustpaint, then paint with RAL5010 blue or silvery white paint.
